Fantastic company. They fit us in the next day and our locksmith, Matthew, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was fair and transparent. 10 out of 10 recommend them, and we'll definitely use them again.

I contacted them for a non-emergency repair, and their response to my request was fast. Their arrival on site happened the same day. The service technician was good-natured and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. The work was carried out quickly and done well.

Had an emergency where my truck cap was locked and my keys were left behind at home 4 hours away. I was panicked and they were so kind and helpful. They calmly unlocked my truck cap and sent me on my way without a charge. I don't think I truly conveyed how thankful I was.

I've tried other hardware stores, DIY stores and locksmiths to copy a patio door key with no luck. NKL & S was the only company that successfully cut duplicates.

Went in to have a key cut for my scooter. Didn't have the proper blank but gave me one to try, told me to come back and pay for it if it works. I surprised him and came back later. Thanks

Highly recommend!!! I am so grateful to the team at NKLock & Security for responding so quickly to my urgent request and for doing such a great job. I needed a keyless entry lock installed urgently, so that home support workers could provide elder care, and I live on the other side of the country.They had a suitable lock in stock and despite their busy schedule they installed it the next day. Great quality, and speedy installation.I want to give a special thanks to Randy and Mike for understanding the urgency, quick response and excellent customer service!!

It was my fault for not first asking the price but I don't feel that I received good value at NKLock. I was charged the full rekey price for an already disassembled lock (required only swapping 1-5 pins) - and the same price to rekey a door handle lock ($25 each). Work was done fast (minimal wait) and was good quality.

Wanted to say thanks for the customer service and courtesy associated with cutting multiple keys for my Yakima SKS lock cores, including one to code, and several copies. Bonus was getting them stamped for easier identification by me.

Went to get copies of my garage door key. The big box stores couldn't do it for me but Nepean Kanata Lock and Door had no problem. I'll be coming here for all my lock and key needs moving forward.

I locked myself out of my parent's home and NKLock & Security were able to come in a timely manner and when it was convenient for me to be there. The technician was on time, friendly, professional, explained what he had to do and gave me options. I am completely satisfied and it was good value for the service I received. Super friendly owner. Gets the job done for reasonable price. Had a minor issue with my key he replaced it. Went back with another key for a duplicate and he did it for free.

There was a problem with 2 keys that they cut. They immediately cut two new ones that worked. They apologized. That's excellent customer service and I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Very decent company, great service tech.I chose NKL over other companies because they were having a promotion. They were slower to reply than a couple of other places, but that may be because it was not urgent and I enquired for quotes by email rather than phone. They didn't show up for the initial inspection to give me a quote (-1 star), but sent someone out the next morning and were very apologetic, extending the promotion by one day so that I would still receive it.Service tech Marty was very efficient and helpful - I needed to install all new locks and handles after painting the doors - he showed me some tips to make life easier.Thanks for your help, Marty, I got it installed and working!

Fast,professional,same day. They came because I could not loosen the screws on my dysfunctional latch assembly. Not only did I get a new door knob - right out of the van- but they also replaced my deadbolt which was stiff in Winter; all for less cost than buying a new latch assembly. They were recommended to me by Canadian Tire in Bells Corners.
